Yoga Flow for people who want to deepen their Asana practice. These high energy classes will include music and are for or those with a strong practice.
Expect to build heat in your body through a paced vinyasa, challenge your stamina and leave feeling rejuvenated, energised. Co-ordinating movement with breath, these classes will stimulate your cardiovascular and respiratory systems as well as your sense of fun.
