Rebuilding your body after birth takes a little time, some nurturing and support. This class will strengthen tone and mobilise the important muscle groups that support your changing post-natal body. Including yoga as part of your recovery process will help reconnect to a weakened (or overactive!) pelvic floor, tight hips, sore shoulders & neck and rebuild the abdominal muscles. We will also explore the importance of the feet and breathing techniques.
