By candlelight, Amanda will lead a deeply nourishing, mindful, moving meditation by guiding you through rhythmic, pulsing and undulating movements that will help you lose yourself in your practice and reconnect deeply to your body.
This embodying class is nourishing for everyone. The intention is to nourish the body from within. To move from the belly, the body, instead of the head.
The somatic movement will help ease digestive discomfort, lower feelings that come with stress and anxiety, help with insomnia, support women and men on their fertility journey, and even help to ease and let go of past trauma.
The practice will end with a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra.
